His leadership combines creative vision with operational discipline, guiding teams from concept to lasting success. As CEO of SAMA Hospitality, he continues to elevate the region’s F&B landscape through innovation, strategic growth, and a refined guest experience.

Sara is an accomplished hospitality leader with 15 years of international experience and an MBA in Business Administration. Throughout her career, she has managed and developed high-performing restaurants and nightclubs across global markets, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and service standards. Today, she oversees operational strategy, business development, and organizational performance at SAMA Hospitality.

Amir, who has over a decade of experience in marketing and events management, has played a pivotal role in overseeing international super-premium projects such as SKY2.0, SKYBAR Beirut, O1NE Beirut, Sax Beirut, and La Creperie. His strategic vision and innovative approach ensure our projects achieve exceptional impact and distinction.

Johnny shapes the company’s vision through extensive experience in hospitality, with a strong foundation in nightlife operations built through hands-on roles and achievements at Skybar and Addmind. Known for his strategic mindset and people-focused leadership, he fosters high-performing teams and drives operational excellence, long-term success, and collaboration as Operation Manager at SAMA Hospitality.

With 20 years of regional experience, Elie Choueiri enhances SKY2.0’s reputation through curated VIP experiences and strong industry ties. His expertise in luxury hospitality ensures bespoke service and unforgettable moments, establishing projects as  leading destinations.

Ali Abdallah brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and administration within the international F&B sector. He has implemented cost-control systems, financial reporting frameworks, and compliance processes that enhance efficiency and transparency. At SAMA Hospitality, he oversees all financial operations and strategic budgeting, ensuring fiscal discipline and long-term stability across the organization.
