ILA Beach – Abu Dhabi

ÎLA Beach, situated on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, was transformed from a traditional beach venue into a modern lifestyle destination. Led by Mario Tannous and the SAMA Hospitality team, the project involved full-scope consultancy — from renovation and concept creation to recruitment, menu engineering, marketing, and operational setup. The rebrand blended Boho Chic with contemporary coastal ambience, featuring a custom-made bar, Murano glass tables, signature furniture, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery and warm light. SAMA Hospitality reaffirms its expertise in crafting distinctive and successful hospitality concepts.
LUMI Beach – Umm Al Quwain

Lumi Beach, located on the shores of Umm Al Quwain, was envisioned as a contemporary destination where relaxation meets entertainment. Guided by Mario Tannous and the SAMA Hospitality team, the project encompassed comprehensive consultancy — covering spatial redesign, concept and USP development, menu engineering, recruitment, marketing, reservations, and operational planning. Blending coastal charm with an inviting indoor-outdoor flow, white sands, and live DJ performances, Lumi Beach reflects SAMA Hospitality’s ability to craft distinctive, experience-driven destinations.
SKYBAR – Beirut, Lebanon

SKYBAR is a pioneering nightlife concept that redefined the entertainment scene in the Middle East. Winning the title of Best Bar in the World in 2009, it became an international landmark, hosting renowned global artists and attracting both local and global audiences. Led by Mario Tannous and the SAMA Hospitality team, operations spanned talent booking, entertainment programming, VIP services, marketing, and overall experience — establishing SKYBAR as a regional trailblazer frequently featured by international media and publications.
O1NE – Beirut, Lebanon

O1NE was conceived as a modern coliseum, with a central bar and the world’s largest graffiti façade spanning 3,000 square meters. Featuring two massive 200-square-meter screens and state-of-the-art lighting, it set new standards for nightlife by seamlessly blending art and technology. The operations of O1NE were led by Mario Tannous and his team, now part of SAMA HOSPITALITY. Their expertise in venue management, entertainment programming, marketing, and guest experience positioned O1NE as a groundbreaking concept that revolutionized the region’s nightclub scene.
SKY2.0 – Dubai, UAE

SKY2.0 is a groundbreaking standalone nightclub in Dubai Design District that has reimagined nightlife in the region. Built as a futuristic sphere, the venue immerses visitors in a 360-degree environment of bendable screens, advanced lighting design, and a powerful sound system that creates a fully interactive experience. Led by Mario Tannous and the SAMA Hospitality team, the project spanned entertainment programming, marketing, elite hospitality services, and guest journey design — positioning SKY2.0 as one of Dubai’s most iconic and award-winning nightlife destinations.
SAX – Beirut, Lebanon

SAX Beirut is a fusion restaurant and lounge with live music. Designed in an Art Deco style with pièce-unique furnishings, it features a custom-made bar, Murano glass tables, and lush greenery illuminated by soft, inviting lighting that creates a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. Offering a Mediterranean-international menu and a curated live band. The project included Sara Semaan in the operations team, Elie Choueiri in public relations, and Amir Borro in marketing. Together, the SAMA Hospitality team shaped SAX into a destination recognized for its refined ambiance, impeccable service, and elevated dining and nightlife experience.
La Creperie – Jounieh, Lebanon

Founded in 1968, La Crêperie is a family-owned restaurant in Lebanon’s coastal resort of Jounieh. The project was managed by Mario Tannous as Venue Manager, with Sara Semaan in operations, Amir Borro in marketing, and Mario Lahoud overseeing beverages. Together, they implemented the venue’s operational framework, marketing strategy, and guest experience model. Perched on a hilltop overlooking Jounieh Bay, La Crêperie combines timeless charm with fresh Mediterranean cuisine and a wide selection of sweet and savory crêpes, reaffirming its place as one of Lebanon’s most iconic dining destinations.
